V4 programme - Nanoscience: The New and Big Science of Small

A V4 program was organised on July 30 2022.Dr H S S Ramakrishna Matte gave a talk on "Nanoscience: The New and Big Science of Small." He cited interesting examples on popping up of popcorn - curly Hairs - water droplets on lotus leaves capturing the imagination of the young audience. He told the students to "look around, observe, science is everywhere" He concluded his talk with a motivational line saying “ nano is the future” . He said it is one of the verticals where aspiring researchers can contribute a lot to new inventions for mankind.
