The V4: Science Programme @ CeNS was formally launched on August 1, 2015 by the Director of the Centre. Students from the High School section of BEL Composite P.U. College took part in the event. Prof. H. L. Bhat gave a lecture-demonstration on "Science and Technology of Lasers". The Ph.D scholars of the Centre explained and demonstrated to the visiting students various optical phenomena such as reflection, refraction, diffraction and polarization of light. The school students also experienced the protocols employed in the synthesis of nanoparticles.
