Mr. Sabiar Rahaman, SRF, has been selected for a prestigious Commonwealth Split-site Scholarship.
The Commonwealth Scholarship, funded by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), United Kingdom, allows him to finish a part of his Ph.D. research for a year at the University of Manchester, UK.
